We lease workforce within these countries as well as between them. Workforce leasing suits both large and small companies and all employees - from executives to desk clerks.

Cooperation with Idealis continues during the whole lease period. We provide supplementary training and feedback in cooperation with the company in order to guarantee the best possible work performance.

A cooperation agreement for future needs may also be signed, even if you don’t need leased labour at the moment. On the basis of such an agreement, it is possible to start searching for suitable and available persons for future assignments. When the season has started, available skilled workforce is hard to find.
