Tero Rintala, master of Business Administration (MBA), is responsible for the activities of the Idealis Group as a whole and also for Idealis Suomi. Tero Rintala studied economy at the University of Vaasa and earned his degree in 1984.

Samuli Hepola is responsible for Idealis activities in the Baltic countries and Eastern Europe. He has studied law, technology and economy. Samuli Hepola has an extensive business experience, managing several start-up projects, implementing and controlling company organisation in trade and industry in Estonia and Finland.
